Donor Privacy Policy

We believe strongly that we have a commitment to our donors to not only use their donations as efficiently and effectively as possible but also to keep any donor information absolutely private. Any such information is for internal use only. Except as required by law, we do not and will not share our donor information with any other entities other than for purposes of processing the donation. To recognize the generosity of donors, we do have plaques that are created annually containing only the names of larger donors. These are displayed only in our office and once a year at our major fund raising event. Donors who request to remain “anonymous” are so listed. We will never use the names of our donors in any marketing or media without first obtaining their approval.
